William Eichwald17 January 2023I would definitely not recommend NRI for any concrete work. I hired them to replace my rear patio about a year ago and they completely botched the job . As soon as I was able to walk on the concrete, I noticed sloppy work around the drain and ponding of water on different parts of the slab. But before they had the chance to address any of those issues, the patio started to crumble under the weight of foot traffic. Nick, the owner, blamed me for the damage and said we dropped something on it. He also said 'concrete can crack in two days or 50 years'. He agreed at one point to replace the part of the patio where most of the damage was, but never scheduled anything. Since then, more holes have formed, the top surface of the concrete is turning to dust, and I noticed the concrete will chirp and bubble as it absorbs water. Nick insisted he poured 4" of concrete as quoted and when I pointed out he only poured 2" - 3" in the spots I could measure, he blamed a bad batch of concrete. Nick has told me that he stands by the craftsmanship of this job, but he continues to make excuses while his work falls apart. I have had other contractors look at the patio and they agree the damage was due to NRI's substandard work. They also offered a better price than NRI for the same job.

Joshua McGarvey28 March 2021The guys at NRI came out took measurements, gave me an estimate which was lower than the 3 previous estimates I had gotten. We set up a day to start the break out of the old concrete and form out for the new concrete and driveway to be paved. They showed up early got started and did a great job. Very professional very timely. Cleaned up after themselves and left my house beautiful. Even when we came across an unforseen issue, Nick talked over the options and took care of the issue with out hesitation. They are knowledgeable in their field, and great at what they do. Highly recommend for all your paving, concrete and seal coating needs!
